“It was just before 6 p.m. on a sultry evening. Kids rode their bikes up and down the streets of Bensalem’s quiet Nottingham neighborhood. The smell of backyard grilling was thick in the air.
In a nearby parking lot, a man knocked on a motel room door. A teen, wearing nothing but a pink T-shirt and red panties, answered.
“What did you have?” she asked the man, who only knew the young woman as “Asian Persuasion.”
“The $60 special,” he replied.
She let him in and the door closed.”
