Seattle Against Slavery’s Event:
Men’s March Against Demand
Come and be part of a real solution for reducing sex trafficking – stopping the men whose demand for commercial sex drive the violence. Seattle Against Slavery, service providers, and members of the law enforcement community are organizing a march for Saturday, August 9, 2014. It will begin in Seattle Center at 10:00 am and proceed down Fourth Ave. to end at Westlake Center. The March will start with statements by community leaders about the importance of men taking responsibility for the violence of sex trafficking. Law enforcement can’t end this problem, but reducing demand could be the key to greatly reducing the harm.
Sign up now and get ready to let men in Seattle know that they can reduce the violence of trafficking by not buying sex!
