“Ingrid Angulo and Rondell Freeman from Prologue Early College High School in Chicago, IL won our “What is Freedom“ video challenge and, in turn, earned a trip to Washington D.C.! Here’s how it all unfolded.
The group arrived on Thursday at the Renaissance Arlington Capitol View. We were thankful to have Summer Alexander and Walter Perkins accompanying Ingrid and Rondell from Chicago to DC. Also joining our group from out of state, we were pleased to have our partners from Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas: Katie Guinn, Lisa Gatlin, Jonathan Segal, Will Wood, Paden Gatlin and Andrew Frank. Will, Paden and Andrew are all students that began working with FDFF to address modern day slavery during summer school last year.”
