Special Note about Elevate Scholarship: Since 2001, 100% of donations have gone to our programs. However, with Elevate Scholarship program, we do feel the need to budget for staff to run this program well. Our promise to our donors is that our administrative overhead will always be less than 19% or less. In addition, Human Rights Society is currently applying to gain our own 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
